The step-by-step information below is designed to explain and help you make arrangements for an exclusive visit.

For our out-of-town patients, there are two options:
Travel in and meet with our doctor for a consultation to discuss your treatment plan. Email photos to our office at [email protected] with a description of the results you are looking for and our medical director will get back to you asap.
Once you have done one of these things, you can then return at a later date for your treatment. Prime Med Spa often has patients who travel in from around the U.S. and foreign countries such as Mexico, Canada, China, and Brazil who seek access to our amazing aesthetic services and to see Dr. Chao. Dr. Chao has personally arranged for private accommodations for all travelers at a local 5-star resort, as well as limousine service to and from the resort directly to Prime Med Spa locations. Private security detail is available as well, please don’t hesitate to ask. We see many top celebrities personally and can shut down the entire clinic for you or see you exclusively after hours, just ask. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will serve as your POC for the entire event.
